Science Literacy in Your Addiction Practice

Science Literacy in Your Addiction Practice is designed for clinicians working with clients experiencing mental health and addiction concerns, who are interested in enhancing their knowledge about scientific research and evidence-based practices. This course offers 1.5 hours of CE credit.

Continuing Education (CE) Credits:

  • American Psychological Association (APA) – The Division on Addiction is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. The Division on Addiction maintains responsibility for this program and its content. This program offers 1.5 continuing education credit.
  • National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC) – The Division on Addiction has been approved by NBCC as an Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP No. 6121. Programs that do not qualify for NBCC credit are clearly identified. The Division on Addiction is solely responsible for all aspects of the programs. This program offers 1.5 clock hour.
  • National Association for Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Counselors (NAADAC) – The Division on Addiction is a NAADAC Approved Distance Learning Provider (provider number 84058).
